Started his IT career in 2003 as IBM contractor, developing data warehouse systems.

In 2015 switched from technical roles, worked as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach. Leaded co-located and distributed teams, in outsource and product companies.

Has true Agile mindset, has been conducting Agile, Scrum and SAFe trainings since 2017.

Took part in Agile-transformation of one of IBM's sub-domains as an Agile Coach.

Built, led and supported teams, worked at scaled environments, with up to 15 teams.

Experienced in facilitation of events of different levels (team level and above: Community of Practice, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt).
